What makes Cucumber Cool swimsuits different?

Unlike most kids swimwear, our designs are full coverage - with long sleeves, ankle-length legs, and UPF50++ fabric. They protect the parts regular swimsuits leave bare, making sun safety simple.

Do I still need sunscreen with a full coverage swimsuit?

Yes - but only on the bits not covered by fabric, like the face, hands, and feet. Our sun-safe swimsuits mean less wrangling, less reapplying, and way more time for fun.

Are the swimsuits comfortable for kids to play in?

Totally. Our fabric is soft, stretchy, and quick-drying. Kids can run, jump, surf, and roll around with no restriction - and no itchy seams.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently stock sizes for babies, toddlers, and kids up to age 10. Our suits are designed with growing room, so your little one can enjoy more than one summer in them.

How do I wash and care for my swimsuit?

It’s easy - just rinse in cold water after use and line dry in the shade. Avoid hot washes, bleach, or tumble drying to keep colours bright and fabric strong.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on where you are, but we’re working with trusted couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Can my kids wear these at the pool as well as the beach?

Absolutely. The fabric is chlorine-resistant and what's more the high visibility designs mean kids can actually be seen in the pool!
